Data Entry procedure
Data will be uploaded via Google docs. Each participant will be given an individual folder in Google docs. The information in that folder will be kept confidential. The folder will include a colony assessment protocol, colony assessment sheets for field data collection and a data entry sheet to enter the data after it is collected from the field. The advantage of a Google doc is that after entering the data it will automatically be saved to file. I have provided an example of the colony assessment sheet below.
